Context Sensitive Help in Dialog Boxes

I recently upgraded to Office 2003, and Office 2003 doesn't seem to have any
context sensitive right-click "What's This" help popups available.

I remember this functionality from previous Office versions, and it helped
me out a lot in figuring out the various features of Office Applications.

Pressing F1 in dialog boxes does bring up the help pane, but the information
displayed there don't seem to be as helpful, and oftentimes they bring up the
wrong help. For example, if I am in the Tools/Options menu and click on the
"Save" Tabsheet, and I want to know what the "allow fast saves" checkbox
does, I cannot access that info readily. If I press F1 with that tab open,
it brings a generic "Options" help page in the help pane but doesn't tell me
what I am looking for. Why has this feature disappered?

I agree that it's not as useful as it was, and I have no clue why the
functionality was removed. The important thing to know about Allow Fast
Saves, however, is that it should be reserved only for those times that you
really want to lose/corrupt a document. If using Word were skydiving, the
"Allow Fast Saves" option would be like having a "Leave parachute on plane"
option when you jump. ;-)
