Continually being asked to agree to EULA

I ahve just purchased an HP tablet PC running Vista Home Premium edition with
an OEM version of Office 2003 professional. Every time I open any Office
application, I have to agree afresh to the office EULA.

My version of Office is validated and registered to me.

What can I do to trun off this annoying feature?
