The note below was the one I had posted originally to the general
group. I have done some quick experiments with Outlook since I posted
before Sue Mosher kindly pointed me here and have found that the
tracking capabilities in Outlook 2K2 leave something to be desired.
In the attached image you will see the task list from Test User1. the
two tasks come from different people and are assigned to different
people. Here is the breakdown:
New Task - Admin was created by Administrator, assigned to Test User 2
and then Test User2 assigned it to Test User1. It is showing
Organizer and Requested By as TU2 and the owner as TU1.
Testing Task was created by DBTester, then went thru the following
assignments - Admin, TU1, TU2. It is currently showing Owner and
Organizer as TU2 and Requested By as Admin.
So what this is telling me is that in the case of the second task,
TU1's Task list is showing who requested TU1 to do the task.
Short of creating new custom fields, is there any way of tracking this
information from the source? I can see at destination that there is
an update list, but only on the current owner's task list.

Hello all,
I am trying to find out what the field is in Outlook that holds all
the people's email addresses for when the final completed task report
is sent. Where is it and how can I access it using Access 2002?
Client wants to have access to who in the chain reassigned the task.
In other words, person A created the task. They assigned it to F. F
worked on it and then re-assigned it to C. Ditto from C to L.
I need to access from A's task list, not only that L is now the owner,
but that it had passed from F to C to L...or at least that C was the
one that passed it onto L. Is there any way of doing so from A's
list? If not this, maybe at least the list of ACFL, regardless of
order?
