continue button disabled

Hi,

I'd like to encrypt a message in Outlook 2007 but when I try to send the
mail the "Encryption Problems" window pops up and asks me if I wanted to
encrypt the mail regardless the recipient can decrypt or not. I still want to
encrypt the message but the continue button is disabled. I checked the web
and found that the "DisableContinueEncryption" dword value is responsible for
this at \\HKCU\software\microsoft\office\12.0\outlook\security. I created the
dword and set it to 0. This did not solve the problem. I also downloaded the
Office 2007 Admin templates, opened mmc, imported the outlk12.adm in the
(local) group policy settings but the state of "Do not provide Continue
option on Encryption warning dialog boxes" is "Not configured". This means to
me that the registry setting is enough to override this setting in outlook.

Can you please advise how can I get the continue button working?

Regards,
Istvan
