Continued Problem with Network Password

Outlook continues to prompt me for my Network Password to be entered on my
POP3 email, despite asking it to save the password. I have checked out the
KB Article:

I have tried this now several times, but the problem continues. I am logged
into a Windows Domain, so I thought maybe if I changed my domain password to
match my POP3 password (since the usernames are the same) it might stop
prompting me, but again, to no avail.

I'm at my wit's end. Please, anyone, if you have any ideas about how to fix
this, please let me know.
