Continuous forms in Access 2000

I have two controls in a subform that I want to use in continuous forms view
to display up to 20 records. The subform is only big enough to display 8
records but I want to have all 20 visible to the user at the same time.
There is an abundance of horizontal space available so I was wondering if
there is anyway to make a continuous form do columns?
