Continuous Link - Outlook 2003 calendar to Vision 2003 calendar

Hi, I'm trying to link Outlook calendars to a Visio calendar I just created.
I need it to be a live link, so when I update my calendar in Outlook, it will
automatically update the Vision calendar. I have 3 other staff who will be
linking into this calendar as well. I have successfully linked Outlook to
Visio, but it's a 1 time only link. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you,

Hi Kelly,

You would need to write some code to do this. Visio only provides a
one-time import of calendar data.

I'm not familiar with MAPI, but I assume that is how you would read the
calendar data from Outlook. On the Visio side you will have to figure out
how each day is identified in the drawing. Then you can drop appointment
shapes on the correct day shape.
