Continuous Network Traffic in Outlook 2003

We are using Outlook 2003 to connect to our Exchange 2003 server. When I have
Outlook open on my laptop, there is s steady flow of traffic between the
laptop & exchange server. If I run Outlook on a different machine, these
symptoms are not present.

I tried running a few different CLI switches. Also tried "Detect & Repair."
Now I am out of ideas, but open for suggestions.

I would look for subtle differences between the two workstations. For
example, is one in cached mode and the other not? Do you have something
installed on one that isn't on the other that interacts with Outlook data?
