Continuous sending error (0x800CCC0F) when outbox is empty

Running Office 2003. In Outlook, outbox is empty and all messages have been
sent. Send/receive progress dialog shows up the error message - Task Sending
reported error (0x800CCC0F). I would like to locate the message Outlook is
trying to send and stop it happening.
