Hi, All --
I've programmed a finite difference solution to the 2D Laplace equation in
Excel. I plot the equipotential lines in a contour line chart. So far, so
good. The problem is that there is a grid underlying the contour lines.
This grid has the same line weight as the contour lines themselves. Note
that these are NOT x- and y-axis grid lines, which are turned off. It
appears that this is the grid used by Excel to calculate the contours. The
problem with this is that I need to print the chart out and draw flow lines
orthoganal to the contour lines -- this is next to impossible with the grid
in the background.
Thanks.
