contract tracking database template

I need to set up a contract tracking database. I am a
novice at Access, so rather than trying to start from
scratch, I would like to know if anyone knows of a good
template I could use, or if anyone knows of a site that
has free templates to search from.

If you give me some idea as to the fields your wanting on
your tracking database and what the type contracts your
using I might be able to assist better.
