Control - allowing for multiple selections from the user

When I inserted a List Box control in the form, the user was not able to
select multiple choices from the list box. Which control do I use or how
shall I modify it so that the user can select multiple choices from the list
box? Thanks.

But this article fails to explain how to dynamically populate the list box.
It says it is possible - but only shows a static example.

How do I make a repeating entry in the table for each entry in a secondary
data source?
