control handles for moving text (Where are theY?).

Using Visio 2003

Visio help states "Many connectors have control handles for moving
text."

I can not find the "control handles" on certain Visio files. What I am
referring to are the Little yellow 45 degree-rotated boxes usually near
the "Yes" or "No" line labels.

In my home computer they are visible - work computer they are not.
Both systems have Vision 2003.

Is there a configuration issue? Where can I make a config change?

An "leads" would be greatly appreciated!

One thing to check first: Some shapes are configured so that the control
handle doesn't appear until you actually type text in the shape.

Another possibility is that the shape simply doesn't have a reposition text
control handle. If that's the case, you can still reposition the text using
the Text Block tool, which is accessed by clicking the drop-down arrow next
to the Text tool (the "A").
