Using Visio 2003 I am drawing very simple flow charts. Some of my
diagrams/documents have begun as copies of other people's documents and some
have started from the File/New/Flowchart menu. To connect my shapes (process
boxes, decision diamonds) I have used both the Dynamic Connector shape as
well as the connector tool. In some of my diagram files, the connectors I
have created with the connector tool have the yellow control handles (by
which I can move the text on the connector) but the ones where I used the
Dynamic Connector shape do not. In some of my diagram files none of the
connectors have the yellow control handles. I have spent some time looking
through the Help for a setting or option of some sort that would be
controlling whether I have the yellow control handles, but have not been able
to find anything. I would like to always have the control handles available
on the flowchart connectors.
