Control Mouse Scroll Speed in Word during text selection

Hi
When selecting text in word with the mouse, the
acceleration increases dramatically as you scroll down th
epage which causes you to overshoot the end of your
selection.

What is the trick to slowing it down? I tried configuring
the mouse features but none helps. This has to be inside
of Word.

Yousef,

The simple solution is to click where you want to start,
use the scroll bar to move to where you want to stop and
click again.
