Control New Window Size with FollowHyperlink?

I have On_Click code for a button that opens a pdf using the FollowHyperlink
Method. I've specified that a New Window is to be opened. It opens maximized,
but I'd rather control the size and position of the New Window. But I don't
see how to do that with FollowHyperlink.

Is there a way?
