I'm using Office 2003. In Outlook, when I open SOME messages containing
attachments (Word and Excel), both the Control Toolbox and AutoCorrect
toolbar appear.
This doesn't happen with ALL messages containing attachments. It only
appears to happen to ones where the attachment appears as an icon in the
middle (body) of the message, NOT on ones where the attachment is a
single-line entry in the message header.
Neither of these toolbars are enabled in Word or Excel, so a previous post
advising to turn them off in those applications doesn't seem to apply here.
The XLSTART directory is empty. I've recreated the NORMAL.DOT file in Word.
