Control ToolBox in Outlook

Hi
For one of my users whenever she opens up a message in
Outlook 2000 the Control ToolBox from Word appears on the
Screen. I tried to uncheck the Control ToolBox from Word
and Outlook but still it appears.
I want the Control ToolBox NOT to pop up when she opens
her mail.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You must close this box when you are using Word. Does it pop-up then as
well?
