Control when rules are executed.

I have set up rules in Outlook to move some incoming
emails into specialized folders. These used to execute
immediatly when I got incoming mail, keeping the inbox
cleaned up.

About a week ago I installed Office Service Pack 1. Now
the rules don't execute until I *send* an email so the
inbox stays cluttered most of the time.

Is there a way to control when rules are executed?
