Control Wizzard not available

When one inserts a control such as a Combo Box in MS
Access 2003, a wizzard is suppose to start and assist
with entering the required fields. How do one enable the
wizzards? I have the required Ad-in loaded.

The little button on your tool bar (Control Wizard) wand w/stars, should be
enabled. If it is not visible, check your toolbars that are enabled....
