Controlling Document Properties w/ Group Policy

Is it possible to completely disable the document properties (File ->
Properties -> Summary tab) of Office documents with Group Policy? I've found
how with Group Policy to force the Document Properties/Summary tab to open
whenever you save a document, but I'm looking for a way to completely disable
document properties so they (title, subject, author, etc.) remain blank.
