Controlling Video During PP Presentation

Not a PowerPoint question per se. I have developed a PP 2007
presentation that I will be showing to a group. Some time during the
presentation, I will stop PP temporarily and start a DVD type video.
I have the Microsoft Presenter to control my PP slides. It also can
be switched to wireless mouse mode with left/right buttons and cursor
control. For you folks who make a lot of presentations, what software
have you found to be the easiest to control by remote when showing a
normal video?

Have you looked at PFCPro? (http://www.pfcmedia.com) with it you can
insert DVD "clips" that you select directly into PowerPoint.
