Controlling visible recipent names

Is is possible in Outlook, to send a bulk mailing to your entire contact
list, but have only each recipents address show in the TO: section. Instead
of showing them the entire list or using the "undisclosed recipent" line. So,
that it appears that it was sent to each recipent individually?

You'd have to perform a mail merge to do this.
