Control's Special Effect Property

I have noticed on my office computer as well as my home computer, both with
Access2003, that while in design mode of a form, I'll add a control and the
property is set as "sunken". Later when in Form mode, the control's effect
looks like it is set to flat. In order to get the sunken effect, I have to go
back into design mode, change the forms special effect property to "shadowed"
then back to sunken, then it looks correct.

Anyone else have this issue? It is not a big deal, but more of an annoyance.

Do you mean in Access-
Tools>Options>Forms/Reports tab>checkbox "use windows themed controls"?
