Hi Eoin,
My name is Amy Vargo. Thank you for using the Microsoft Access Newsgroups.
You might have a missing reference in your database. To check, go to
Modules and click New to create a new module, or open an existing module in
design view. This will open the Visual Basic Editor window. Go to Tools,
References. Look at the top at the checked references. If any are
preceeded by the word "missing", uncheck that reference.
It sounds like there is an ActiveX control and you probably do not have
that file on this computer or it is in another location, thus gets marked
as missing. You can uncheck this reference if it is marked as missing,
however, if you do need this control, you might want to search for it on
the previous machine or investigate further.
I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
respond back to this posting.
Regards,
Amy Vargo
