Conversion of cells to .002 etc

I have just begun to have problem with excell 2000
converting every whole nuber entered to 0.004 as an
example. No matte how I "format" cells, it still does this
conversion all over the sheet whether it is a new sheet or
existing one. HELP!

Hi Harry,

Goto Tools>Options>Edit and check to see if the Fixed
Decimal option is selected.
