Conversion of forms into reports

Hi, I have created an entry form that is very nicely
formatted. I would like my report to have the same format
as the form but I cannot figure out how to do this
without having to start from scratch in the design view.
Does anyone know how to transfer the design of a form
into the design of a report without losing the data?

In the database window
Right Click on the Form's name
Select Save As ... (or Save as Report in Access 97)
Then Select As Report in the dialog.
