Conversion of Word Perfect documents

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Is there a program which will convert old (up to ten years old) Word Perfect documents into Word 2008 for Mac? I know I can using the 'Recover text from any file' conversion but when I use this the program keeps crashing. Any other ideas would be appreciated if this is not possible.

There's also NeoOffice, which can open WordPerfect documents and save
them in Word file format.
