Conversion of Wordperfect (.wpd) document to Word (.doc)

I have Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac but cannot open a wordperfect document
file. Is there a
conversion utility that can be used with Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac that will
convert a Wordperfect (.wpd) document to a Word for Mac document
so that it can be opened and printed with all formatting intact.

There's no native Word2004 utility - MS has stopped creating them (Win
or Mac) because the differences in document structure are so great that
it's not worth their effort.

Your best bet would be to open it in WP and save it as RTF. If you can't
do that, Dataviz's MacLinkPlus Deluxe does a pretty good job, but it's
rather expensive.
