Conversion process from work hours to another item.

I have been giving the task to show not the work hours from each task but how
many workers will be needed for that amount of time for all tasks and to show
this in graph format doable? maybe, maybe not please respond

Yes. Assign resources accurately then view the Resource Graph.

well at this very moment i have the resourse set as the hrs worked for the
tasks inputed but well my other question would be it shows allocated hrs
which is figured for one person and all of the overallocated hrs are over and
beyond one person i want to be able to show on the graph how many men would
be needed to complete each of the tasks completly each quarter(which is what
i have my calendar set as)
