Conversion - Publisher to PDF

I noticed that after I converted the Publisher file to a PDF there is a lot
of unnecessary space at the top and bottom of the PDF file. How can I get rid
of it?

It does not look nice when I embed the PDF file within an HTML document. The
first thing that you see is the large white space then the content. Not good!

Is there a way to remove that white space?

Thanks!

I would guess that this goes back to the margins of your original Publisher
file. It sounds like when the Pub doc was converted to a PDF, everything was
reduced to fit the PDF page, which increased the top margin. Perhaps when
you produce the PDF look for a setting that will not reduce the size to fit.
Perhaps move the content on the original Pub page in slightly from all the
edges so that when converted to PDF it doesn't have to be reduced to fit.

I am not sure how you are inserting your PDF file into an html document. In
a Publisher web page if you insert the PDF file as an object, all your get
is a pdf logo that links to the pdf file. Generally in a Publisher web page,
one would upload the PDF file to the host and write a link to it from the
Publisher web page, which when clicked would automatically load the PDF in
IE if the Adobe Reader is installed.
