conversion to .mbox or other standard format

I've opened some old Personal Folders in OUtlook 2001 for the Mac
by using William Smith's Empty Profile.
I'd appreciate any information about a script or other device that
will help me convert this old e-mail to .mbox or some other standard
format. Thanks in advance.
