Conversion Toolkit for Microsoft Office Access 2003. Where is it?

A while back Microsoft said that SP1 for Office 2003 would include a
Conversion Toolkit for Microsoft Office Access 2003

but http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=842532 does not mention it.

What happened? Anyone know when it will be made available?

The Microsoft Office Access 2003 Conversion Toolkit is available as a
separate download from Office 2003 SP1 and can be downloaded from the
following Web page (watch out for the word wrap):

The file is 51 MB, so if you don't have broadband, it'll take a while to
download.
