convert 2002 pst on pc to 2007 pst on laptop

how do I convert my outlook 2002 pst file on my XP pc to outlook 2007 on my
windows 7 laptop. thanks.

There is no conversion, you copy the pst to Documents folder on the Laptop,
within Outlook, File>Open>Data File...browse to this pst. (assumes you have
configured outlook)
Then copy data from this pst to the default set of Personal Folders
