Convert a 2000 database to 97

I am looking for possible resolutions on converting an
Access 2000 database into an Access 97 Database. I am not
overly concerned about loosing all current formats in my
forms/reports but want to ensure the integrity is
consisitent and my relationships (look-ups) are not lost.

Any information at all would be appreciated - I am at a
loss.

Backup your database, and then open it in 2000, and use Tools, Database
Utilities, Convert to..., Access 97.
