Convert a Bitmap into a Shape

Hi Gurus
I have a bitmap which i want to become a shape.
Q:
is it possible to convert a bitmap into a shape, in order to become a type
"shape" in the dialogue "objectdata"?

If you mean "convert to shape (my words - and edit)" then no you cannot
convert it. Bit images are not editable by visio. You can consider creating
a grouped shape (i.e. possible some form of rectangle wrapping a bit map)
and then use the group shape as a shape (opening the ability to add custom
properties, etc.).
