convert access 2000 to 2007

Our network links Windows Vista users running Microsoft Access 2007 with
Windows XP users running Microsoft Access 2000, so we need to be able to run
the older databases on both types of environments. What happens to the menu
bars in Access 2000 when a database is opened in Access 2007?

In Access 2007, the ribbon gets an Add-Ins tab when displaying a form with a
custom toolbar.

If you don't show the ribbon, it actually looks quite similar to the
previous version. Here's a screenshot showing the same MDB opened under
A2003 and A2007:
