Hi All,

Our company had a Access 97 databse. It works for a long time. We want to
convert it to access 2003 database cause it's size become too large and
instable. This database was tailored make by outsider and we can't find them
nowadays. I can't search any information of conversion in this case. Could
anyone help me?
Thanks a lot.

Converting because of size may not be the best idea: while an MDB (or MDE)
file can be 2 Gb in Access 2003 (as opposed to 1 Gb in Access 97), because
of the fact that Access 2003 uses Unicode, that doesn't necessarily amount
to a significantly large capacity.

I'm also not sure you're find Access 2003 to be any more stable than Access
97 (Access 97 was one of the most stable versions out there)

Having said that, take a look at what Allen Browne has at

Do you have the MDB available or just the MDE?

What do you mean by unstable? Corruptions?
