Convert Access 97 to 2003

A database, which works fine in 97, will not open reports or allow changes to
tables (through forms). Changes can be entered into the tables directly. A
copy of the database works fine on another computer (running an OEM Office
2003). I have checked security permissions and VB references. I have tried
converting the database. Any ideas?
