Convert Access 97 to 2003

Serveral years ago I created a fairly large end user application using Office
97. The application was built around Access 97 and uses DAO and Replication
at its core. The company that it's installed it has recently upgraded to
2003 and is thinking about upgrading the application.

My question is can I expect any nasty suprises when I try to convert? I
currently don't own a copy of 2003 so I just cann't try it and see what will
happen. Will I have to go first to 2000 and then to 2003?

The help files are all written in Word 97, so there are extensive calls to
Word!
