convert Access data stored in in time format (GMT) to EST

I have imported data from an Informix database, but the time stamp is in GMT.
How can I either convert it to EST or display it in a report in EST?

Isn't EST 5 hours behind GMT?
=DateAdd("h",-5,[GMT Time Field])
