convert Chinese ACCESS 97 to 2003

I am not able to open my Chinese ACCESS 97 database with English ACCESS 2003
on my English XP desktop. What should I do? Purchase a Chinese version of
ACCESS 2003, multi-language pack of ACCESS 2003, or Chinese version of ACCESS
2003?
