Convert Distribution lists

I tried exporting the adddress book form Outlook Express to Outlook 2002 and the individuals come over but not the Dist lists. How can I get them with out re entering them all

You can't.
OE uses groups in the Windows Address Book, not Distribution Lists. They
will not transfer.
