Convert .doc to .html formats

I know to click "File," "Save As", and select File Type="Web Page" and this
saves a .html format version of the file. This keeps the original .doc format
document and saves a second file in the .html format.

Trouble is I want to convert .doc files to .html files. I want to convert
existing Word documents in an intranet site, and I don't want to have to
relink all the documents.

Ps - I'm using Word 2003, FrontPage 2003 and Windows XP
