Convert Excel file to Microsoft Works 6.0

I have the opposite situation. I have someone who has Microsoft Works 6.0 and I need to send them an Excel spreadsheet. Is there anyway to convert from Excel down to MS Works?

They should be able to hit File / Open in WORKS and simply select xls files from
the list that will be offered.
