convert excel file to WAB?

I am trying to reform my address book in Outlook Express. It has been
recovered as an excel file. Is it possible to convert it back?

Try saving the Excel file in CSV format. Then in Outlook Express use
File|Import|Other Address Book and select Text (comma separated).

If that doesn't work, ask again in an Outlook Express forum: this
newsgroup is for Microsoft Access database software.
