Convert Form to CSV upon Send

Y

I created a simple questionaire form with about 8 questions. I Used
Text Boxes, Drop Boxes, and radio buttons inside frames. What I am
looking for is example code to take the information from the form and
send it in csv format. Probably as an attachment, unless it's possible
to later write a script to export the body of messages

Seeing how you didn't get a response yet, maybe I can add
some info here that could help if it isn't too confusing.
Outlook can be difficult at times, especially dealing
with custom forms. Keep in mind I'm just another user
and not an MVP.
First you need to create a folder to drag all your
responses to, then create a view for this folder. From
the new folder goto View, then to Current View then
Define View then New. After you name the view for the
folder, then click on the Fields button. Here is where
you need to create the fields... you must use the exact
names used on your form... drag out (delete) any fields
that are already there that you don't want to use. Save
the view, then apply it to the folder.
After your responses are all moved to the folder and in
the new format you can select all, then goto Edit -
Copy. Now open a new worksheet in Excel and do an Edit -
Paste. First row will probably contain your titles. You
can save the file in Excel and then attach the .xls file
if you need to send it to someone. Just a note, even
though the responses in the Outlook folder will look
strange, if you open any single response, the form should
look normal.
Good luck if you choose to try this... Sallie
