Convert from File Maker Pro 5.5

I have some Filemaker Pro 5.5 files which I would like to read in Access XP

Anyone know how to do it?

You'll have to export the data into text files, and then import the data
into ACCESS.

Ken's suggestion is probably the best way to go. There is an ODBC
connector available from FileMaker, but in my experience it's a major
pain in the neck to use. At the very best you'll be able to import the
data into a set of (probably) badly non-normalized tables which will
need to be redesigned. The user interface will have to be rebuilt from
scratch: FileMaker "forms" are utterly different in structure and
concept from Access Forms and Reports.

I've done this chore twice. That's pretty near enough unless the job
comes with a very, very tempting financial incentive.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I do not have file make pro.
I only want to read the tables so I was hoping that someone may have knocked
up a little utility.

AFAIK there isn't. I believe that you can download the ODBC driver
from the FileMaker website for free, though.
