convert Gantt chart to PDF file

Hi all

Can someone help me pls! how do I convert my Gantt chart to save as a PDF
file. I’m trying to send my Gantt chart but unfortunately the other person
does not have Microsoft Project but has Acrobat Reader.

Can some1 help me pls!

To make PDF, you need to get/buy a program that can produce PDF files.
The conventional way is to get Adobe Acrobat, but there are others
available (via the FAQ and searches in Google).

Check out PDFCreator. It is an open source program available from
SourceForge. Googling it up should find a download link. Works from any
Windows program that prints
