convert handwriting to text

I just got a new tablet PC from Gateway with Microsoft Office OneNote
2003...I cannot convert my handwriting to text. Neither Gateway nor
Microsoft can or will help me. I have followed the help suggestions and
downloaded the appropriate service pack, but virtually nothing happens when I
apply any conversion feature

Everything you state above literally translates into buying the wrong
product from the wrong seller. There are ample vendors of quality Tablet
PCs.

We all get burned occasionally, but my suggestion is return it as quick as
you can.

Try CNet, ZDNet, Circuit City, etc. for >customer< reviews.
